Introduction
Welcome to the Ramkrishna Hegde Memorial Cup Cricket Tournament ("Tournament"). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Tournament organized by Skanda Mediaworks Private Limited ("Organizer", "we", "us", "our"). By registering for the Tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for the Tournament. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register for the Tournament.
Registration Terms
Eligibility
- Participants must be between 16 and 60 years of age
- Teams must register with a minimum of 11 players and can have up to 16 players
- All participants must provide valid identification and contact information
- Participants must agree to abide by all Tournament rules and regulations
- Corporate teams must provide valid company registration details
Registration Process
- Registration must be completed through the official website
- All required information must be accurate and complete
- Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration
- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis
- The Organizer reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion
Payment Terms
- Public tournament registration fee: ₹5,000 per team
- Corporate tournament registration fee: ₹15,000 per team
- All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Payment must be made through the designated payment gateway
- Late registrations may be subject to additional fees
- The Organizer reserves the right to change fees at any time
Code of Conduct
- All participants must conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner
- Respect for umpires, officials, opponents, and teammates is mandatory
- Any form of violence, abuse, or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification
- Use of alcohol, drugs, or banned substances is strictly prohibited
- Participants must adhere to all venue rules and regulations
- Equipment and facilities must be treated with care
Liability and Insurance
- Participants acknowledge that cricket involves inherent risks of injury
- The Organizer provides basic insurance coverage for all participants
- Participants are encouraged to obtain additional personal insurance
- The Organizer is not liable for injuries sustained during the Tournament
- Participants participate at their own risk
Intellectual Property
- All Tournament-related content is the property of the Organizer
- Participants grant permission for the use of their images and likeness
- Photography and videography may be conducted during the Tournament
- Media rights are retained by the Organizer and its partners
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in the Tournament after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
